Can my friends or relatives visit my pet whilst I'm away?

I'm afraid not as past experience has shown that this can cause upset especially with dogs. We find with kindness and love dogs are at ease with our routine and don't suffer separation anxiety.

What if my pet is not settling in?

In this very rare case we would get in touch with your emergency contact

My Dog / Cat is very nervous.

We would be grateful if you would inform us at the time of booking so we can have a suitable quiet kennel or chalet for them. We never force a dog into greeting us, they will come to us in their own time. Trust is the key, as soon as a pet knows you are not a threat. We will give you an honest opinion on how your pet has been

Can I come and look around before my pet is due in?

Of course, we encourage owners to come and meet us. We are open 7 days a week between 10am and 12 noon for viewings and you do not have to make an appointment.
